(90) the said John Gardner my heirs or Assigns and I the said John Gardner all and singular the aforesaid Land and Premisses to the afs.d Susannah Walker and her heirs against me my heirs or assigns or any other person from by or under me or by my means or procurement Do warrant and for ever Defend by these presents and further know Ye that I the said John Gardiner have put the said Susannah Walker in Peaceable and Quiet Possession of all and singular the said parcel of Land and Premisses by Delivering unto her at Ensealing hereof one Coined Piece of Silver called a Shilling fixed on the Seal of these Presents In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and Seal this Sixteenth Day of March 1731/2 Signed Sealed & Delivered John Gardner seal In presence of us Testis James Donaldson Walker On the Back of the foregoing Deed was written as follows Viz.t Memorandum that on the Sixteenth Day of March 1731/2 Came the within ^John^ Gardner and acknowledged the within Deed of Gift to be his Act and Deed before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices for the Province of Maryland William Lock 4 s.ds Recorded Aug.st 12.th 1732 x.d This Indenture made the Nineteenth Day of July in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred and Thirty two Between Mary Talbot of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland of the one part and Sabritt Sollers of Calvert County in the Province afs.d of the other part Witnesseth that Whereas the Right Honourable Charles Lord Baron of Baltemore by his Certain Deed of Grant or Patent under his Great Seal &.r bearing Date the 17.th Day of September Anno Domd 1728 Did for the Certain several and respective Considerations therein Particularly Menconed and Exprest Grant unto the af.d Mary Talbott all that Tract or parcel of Land called Mary's Plains lying in Baltemore County on the North side of Patapsco River and on the West side of Jones's falls Beginning at two bounded white Oakes and two bounded Red Oaks standing on the North East side of a Stoney Ridge in or Near the second Line of the Land laid out for Edward Lunn and runs thence South West Eighty Six perches then South forty four Perches North Seventy Eight Deg.rs West forty Nine perches then South four Deg.rs West One hundred and forty two perches then West by South twenty one perches then North forty one Deg.rs West Seventy three perches then North Eight Deg.rs West one hundred and forty four perches then South Eighty five Degrees West one hundred and Thirty Six perches then South forty four perches then South thirty four degrees West Eighty Six perches the South |
