       Warrant and Defend of and from all and all Manner of persons whatsoever
       Claiming any Right Title or Interest thereunto by from or under him the said
       Benj.a Stevens his heirs or assigns or by from or under him them or Either of them
       And Lastly the said Benj.a Stevens doth Covenant Promise and Agree for
       him self his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs to and with the said B Belt his heirs assigns
       that he the said Benj.a Stevens his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs shall and will from time to
       time and at all times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the Cost and Charges
       in the Law of the said Benj.a Belt his heirs and assigns make further other Grant
       and assureance for the sure making and Confirming the aforesaid Land and
       Premisses unto the said B Belt his heirs and assigns for ever according to
       the True Intent and Meaning hereof as he shall by his Council learned in the Law
       be reasonable Devised advised=ly Required In Witness whereof first above
       Named have thereunto set their hands and Seals the Day and year first above
       written

                            On the Back of the foregoing Deed was written as follows
       On the Eleventh Day of feb.ry Anno Domini One Thousand seven hundred
       and Thirty One (Two) Came M.r Benj.a Stevens before us the subscribers two
       of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundell County Court and acknowledged the
       Land and Premisses within Mentioned to be the Right of the within Mentioned
       M.r Benj.a Belt and his heirs for ever according to the True Intent and
       meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in that Case made and

x.d  Maryland fs.t   To all people to whom this Present Writing
       shall come I John Gardiner of Ann Arundell County Gentleman send Greeting
       Know Ye That I the said John Gardner as well for and in Consideration of the
       Natural affection and fatherly love which I have and bear unto my Daughter
       Susannah Walker of the said County as also for Divers other good Causes and
       Considerations are at this present especially moving have Given Granted and
       Do by these Presents Give Grant and Confirm unto the said Susannah Walker
       and her heirs all that part of a Tract of Land that now belongs to me the said
       John Gardner lying on the East side of the Main Road that now leads from
       Annapolis to Patapsco ferry called Boddys Adventure and likewise all that
       part of a Tract of Land called Gardners Addition lying on the same side of the
       Main Road To have and to hold the said Parcel or Tract of Land with
       Its Improvements Appurtenances and Priviledges whatsoever thereunto belonging
       unto her the said Susannah Walker and her heirs for ever freely and
       Quietly without any Manner of Claim Challenge or Demand whatsoever or
       without any Money or any other thing to be Yeilded paid or Done unto me
