       Halls Lott Lying on the north side and adjoyning to the Said
       Hundred Acres part of the Hope which Land so Devised is become
       the right & inheritance of the Said Robert Bradley Now
       This Indenture Witnesseth that the Said Robert for and
       in Consideration of One Hundred pounds sterl to him in hand
       paid by the said Elihu Hall the receipt whereof the Said Robert
       doth hereby acknowledge and the said Elihu Hall thereof &
       of every part thereof Doth acquit Release and Discharge
       Hath Granted Bargained and sold and by these Presents Doth
       Grant Bargain & sell unto the said Elihu all those two
       parcells of Land (Viz.t) One hundred acres part of the Hope
       and Two hundred acres part of the Tract Called Halls Lott
       and Lying on the north side and adjoyning to the Said One hundred
       acres part of the Hope Containing three Hundred Acres in all
       so as aforesaid Devised by the said Richard Hall to his Said
       Daughter Sarah Mother of the Said Robert Bradley party to
       these Presents Together with all Buildings Improvements Profits
       Comodities and Appurtenances to the same two Tracts
       of Land and Each of them belonging or appurtaining To
       Have and to Hold to him the said Elihu Hall his heirs
       and assignes for ever to his and their own use and to no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever And the Said Robert Bradley
       for himselfe & his Heirs doth Covenant and Agree to and with
       the said Elihu Hall his Heirs and Assignes that he the Said
       Robert Bradley at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery
       of these Presents seised in his Demesne as of Fee of the Said
       Two Tracts of Land with the appurtenances and hath good
       right absolute and Lawfull Authority to sell and Convey the
       same and every part thereof to the said Elihu Hall his
       Heirs and assignes for ever And the said Robert Bradley for himselfe
       & his Heirs doth further Covenant and Agree to and
       with the said Elihu Hall that he the said Robert Bradley
       the said Two Tracts of Land and Other the Premisses to him &
       the said Elihu Hall his Heirs and assigns for ever will well &
       sufficiently Warrant and Defend against all Persons Claims
       and Incumberances whatsoever the Rents and services &
       services hereafter to grow due to the Lord propry except.d  
       and foreprized and the said Robert Bradley doth further
       covenant and agree to and with the Said Elihu Hall his heirs
       and assignes that he the Said Robert shall and will at any
       time within the Space of ^seven^ years from the Date of these
       presents at the proper Cost & Charge of the Said Elihu Hall
       his Heirs or assignes do perform and execute any further
       Act or Acts Conveyance or Conveyances or other assurances
       which shall be Devised Advised or required by the said Elihu
       Hall his Heirs or assignes or his or their Councill Learned in
       the Law for the Better Assurance and more firm Conveyance
