       Memorandum that on the Twenty seventh day of
       January Anno Dom 1731 Came before me the subscriber being
       One of the Lord Proprys Justices of the Provinciall Court
       of Maryland the within Named James Kingsbury and John
       Kingsbury and acknowledged the within Deed according
       to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in such Cases
       Provided at which time Came Likewise Ann the Wife
       of the Said James Kinsbury and relinquished all her
       right & Claim of Dower and being Examined apart from
       her said Husband Declared she was not Compelled to Relinquish
       her Dower by any threats or Compulsition of
       her Husband nor fear of his Displeasure but did the
       Same Voluntarily

       of the other part Whereas Richard Hall heretofore of
       Calvert County Deceased Grandfather of the said Robert     
       Bradly was seised in his Demesne as of Fee of and in
       Two Tracts of Land Lying in Cecill County the One Called the
       Hope Containing by Estimation Four Hundred Acres
       the Other Called Halls Lott Containing Six Hundred Acres
       with the appurtenances and by the ^his^ Last Will and Testament
       in writing Duely Executed and proved bearing Date September
       the seventh sixteen Hundred Eighty seven Gave and
       Devised unto his Daughter Sarah (Mother of the said Rob.t
       and her Heirs for Ever One Hundred Acres of the Said Land
       Called Hope being the Residue thereof not Devised unto his
       Daughter Elizabeth) And Two Hundred Acres part of
