       Bargained and sold And by these presents Do Grant Bargain
       and sell unto the said Elihu Hall all that Tract or parcell of
       Land being the north part of the Land Called Hope Containing
       by Estimation Three Hundred Acres more or Less
       Lying in Cecill County aforesaid together with all Buildings
       Improvements profitts Comodities advantages and appurtenances
       to the said Tract of Land belonging or appertaining
       To Have and to Hold to him the Said Elihu Hall his heirs
       and assignes for ever to his and their own use and to no other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever And the Said James and
       John for themselves and their Heirs do Covenant and Agree
       to & with the Said Elihu Hall his Heirs and Assignes that
       they the Said James Kingsberry and John Kingsberry at the
       time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents are
       seised in their Demesne as of Fee of the said Tract of Land
       with the appurtenances And have good right absolute
       and Lawfull authority to sell and Convey the same & Every
       part thereof to the said Elihu Hall his Heirs and Assignes
       for Ever And the said James Kingsberry and John Kingsberry
       for themselves and their Heirs Do further Covenant & Agree
       to and with the Said Elihu Hall that they the Said James Kingsberry
       and John Kingsberry the Said Tract of Land & other
       the premisses to him the Said Elihu Hall his heirs and assigns
       for ever will well and sufficiently Warrant and Defend
       against all Persons Claims and Incumberances whatsoever
       the Rents and services hereafter to grow due to the
       Lord propry Excepted and foreprized And the said James Kingsberry
       and John Kingsberry Do further Covenant and
       Agree to and with the said Elihu Hall his Heirs or Assigns
       that they the said James Kingsberry and John Kingsberry
       shall and will at any time within [illegible] seven
       years from the Date of these presents at the proper
       Costs and Charge of the said Elihu Hall His heirs or assigns
       Do perform and execute any further or other Act
       or Acts Conveyance or Conveyances or other assurance which
       shall be devised advised or Required by the Said Elihu
       Hall his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Councill Learned in
       the Law for the Better Assurance and more [illegible] Conveyance
       of the Premisses to the Said Elihu Hall his heirs or assigns
       for ever In Witness whereof the sid James and John
       have to these presents put their Hands and Seales the
       Day and year first above Written
