       Memorandum that on the Twenty Sixth day of June
       Anno Domini 1732 The within Deed was acknowledged
       before us the subscribers Two of his Lordships Justices
       of the peace for Baltemore County by the within Named
       Gilbert Talbot Israell party thereto according to the
       Directions fo the Act of Assembly in such Cases Provided

x.d  This Indenture made the Twenty Seventh day of
       January Anno Domini seventeen Hundred and Thirty One
       Between James Kingsbury and John Kingsberry of Calvert
       County Planters of the one part and Elihu Hall of Annarundell
       County Gentleman of the other part Whereas
       Richard Hall heretofore of Calvert County Deceased Grandfather
       of the said James and John was seised in his
       Demesne as of Fee of and in a parcell of Land Lying and
       being in Cecill County Called the Hope Containing by Estimation
       Four Hundred Acres more or Less with the appurtenances
       and by his Last Will and Testament in Writing
       Duly executed and proved bearing Date the seventh day
       of September Anno Domini sixteen Hundred and Eighty
       seven among other Devises Gave and Devised to his Daughter
       Elizabeth (Mother of the Said James and John) And to
       Her Heirs for ever three Hundred Acres being the North
       part of the said Land Called Hope Running according to
       survey and whereas the said Elizabeth by her Deed Duly
       Executed and Recorded in the Provinciall Court Record
       relation being thereon had may appear for the Consideration
       therein therein Mencond Gave Granted and
       Conveyed the said Three Hundred Acres to the said James
       and John their Heirs and assignes for Ever Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that the said James and John
       for and in Consideration of One Hundred and thirty five
       pounds Current Money of Maryland to them in hand
       paid by the said Elihu Hall the Receipt whereof they hereby
       acknowledge and the said Elihu Hall thereof and of
       every part thereof do Exonerate Release and Acquit have
