       all the Said Richard Snowdens right Title Property Claime
       and Demand of in and unto the aforesaid Mortgadged Lands
       and Premisses by Virtue of the aforesaid recited Mortgadge
       (the said Edward Mitchell his heirs Executors Adm.rs or Assignes
       Haveing right by the aforesaid recited Mortgadge to redeem
       the Lands therein Mencond upon Complying with the Proviso
       therein Contained) To Have and to Hold the af.d Lands and
       Premisses unto the Said John Ward his heirs Executors Adm.rs
       and Assignes in the same Manner as the Said Rich.d Snowden
       his heirs Ex.rs Administrators ^and Assignes^ holds the same Lands by
       Virtue of the af.d recited Mortgadge and to no other use Intent
       or purpose Whatsoever And the Said Rich.d Snowden for
       Himselfe his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Doth hereby Covenant
       Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said John
       Ward his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes that he the said Rich.d
       Snowden his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and all Others Claiming
       by from or under him or any of them shall be utterly excluded
       and Debarred from Claiming any right property or interest
       Whatsoever of and in the aforesaid Lands and Premisses
       And the said Richard Snowden Doth hereby further Covenant
       Promise Grant and Agree to and with the Said John Ward
       his heirs Executors Administrators and Assignes that he the
       Said Richard Snowden and his heirs shall at request of the said
       John Ward his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes at his and their
       proper Costs and Charges in the Law as his and their Councill
       Learned in the Law shall reasonable advise Devise or require
       execute any further Deed or Deed for the better Conveying y.e
       Lands and Premisses af.d according to the true intent and
       meaning of these presents so that there be no ^other^ Warrantie Contained
       therein then what is herein Mencond In Witness
       Whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangably
       set their Hands and seales the Day and Year first
