       Day of June Anno Dom 1732 Between Richard Snowden
       of Ann Arundell County Merchant of the one part and
       John Ward of Cecill County Gent of the other part Witnesseth
       that Whereas a Certain Edward Mitchell of Kent County
       by his Deed of Mortgage made by and Between the said
       Edward Mitchell of the one part and the said R.d Snowden
       of the other part bearing Date the Twenty Ninth day of
       May seventeen Hundred and Thirty Duly Executed and
       Recorded for the Consideration therein Mencond Did Sell
       assigne & make over unto the said Richard Snowden his
       heirs and assignes severall Tracts or parcells of Land Lying
       and being in Kent County adjoyning each to the other as p
       the said Deed of Mortgadge referance being thereto had
       may more fully and at Large appear Now this Indenture
       further Witnesseth that the said Richard Snowden
       for and in Consideration of the sume of One hundred &
       ^six^ pounds nine shillings & five pence sterl by the said
       John Ward to the said Richard Snowden in hand paid before
       the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt
       whereof the said Richard Snowden Doth hereby acknowledge
       and of every part and parcell thereof Doth Acquit Exonerate
       and Discharge the Said John Ward his Heirs Executors Adm.rs
       and assigns Hath Given Granted Assigned Bargained and
       Sold and by these Presents Doth Give Grant Assigne bargain
       and sell unto the said John Ward his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and
