x.d  Know all Men by these Presents that I Nich.o Sewall of S.t Marys
       County in the Province of Maryland Gent for and in Consideration
       of the Naturall Love and Affection which I do bear unto
       my Dear son Charles Sewall and for Divers Other good Causes
       and Considerations me thereunto especially moving have given
       Granted Assigned Transferred and set over and by these presents
       do Give Grant Assign Transferr and sett Over unto my said Dear
       son Charles Sewall all that piece or parcell of Land Containing
       Two Thousand Acres being part of a Tract of Land Called Sewalls
       Mannor Containing four Thousand Acres Lying and being in
       Cecill County and now in the Tenure or Occupation of me the
       said Nicholas Sewall the Said Two Thousand Acres to be made
       Choice of by my said son Charles Sewall out of such part of the
       said four Thousand acres beginning at Either ^end^ & as he shall
       think fitt To have and to hold the Said Two Thousand Acres
       part of the said Tract of Land Called Sewalls Mannour as af.d
       with all & every the right title intrest property possession
       Claim & Demand which I the said Nich.o Sewall have or do Claim
       of in and unto the Said Two Thousand Acres of Land part of
       the said Tract of Four Thousand Acres Called Sewalls Mannour
       afd unto him my said son Charles Sewall his heirs and assigns
       for ever and I the Said Nich.o Sewall Do for myselfe [illegible]
       Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and with my said son
       Charles Sewall and his heirs by these presents that he my said
       son Charles Sewall shall and may from time to time and at all
       Times for ever hereafter Lawfully peaceably and Quietly have
       Hold and Enjoy as aforesaid The Two Thousand Acres of Land
       being part of a Tract of Four Thousand Called Sewall Mannor
       afd to the only proper use and Behoof of him my said Son
       Charles Sewall & his heirs without any such Molestation or
       Inturuption of or by me or my heirs of or by any person or
       persons Claiming or to Claim of from by or under me the
       Said Nicholas Sewall in Witness Whereof I the Nich.o Sewall
       have hereunto set my hand & seal this seventeenth day of May
       Anno Domini 1732
