       premisses to do say pursue implead seize sequester arest
       attach imprison & to condemn & out of prison again to deliver  
       also to Distrain for non payment of Rent and such Distress
       to Compound Conclude  and Agree by arbitration or otherwise
       as the Said Jeremiah Thomas shall think fitt Provided
       always Nevertheless and it is the true intent & meaning
       of these presents that the power herein before given to
       him the Said Jeremiah Thomas shall not Extend or be Deemed
       taken or Construed to Extend to Enable him the said Jeremiah
       Thomas to sell assign or Transferr any of the Lands plantations
       Negroes Cattle or Other the real Estate or the
       Stock thereon subsisting of her the said Elizabeth Kirkby
       scituate or being in Maryland aforesaid (Except as
       herein before is Expressed) or in any other Manner
       to incumber the same but only for the better Managing and
       improving the Estate & plantations of her the said Elizabeth
       Kirkby and to receive the Rents Issues Produce & Proceeds
       thereof as af.d any thing herein before Contained to the
       Contrary hereof in any wise notwithstanding Provided
       also and it is hereby Declared by and Between the Said
       parties that nothing herein Contained shall be Construed
       to make these presents Irrevocable but that she the Said
       Elizabeth Kirkby her Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns may Revoke
       the same and Every article herein Contained when ever
       she or they shall think proper In Witness whereof the
       said parties to these present Indentures interchangably
       have set their Hands and seales the Day and year first
       above Written

          being first duly stampt
          in the presence of

Cha fees to                 of his Lordships Justices of the prov.ll Court
M VD                     the within named William Reynolds being
                          One of the people Called Quakers & did solemnly
7 sides            affirm that the said the within named Elizabeth
       Kirkby sign seal and Deliver the within power for the
       uses within mencond that he also saw John Falconar the other
       Witness hereto sign his name            affirmed to before me
