       promise and Agree to and with the Said Elizabeth Kirkby her
       Executors Adm.rs and Assignes by these Presents that he the
       said Jeremiah Thomas shall & will not only be just & faithfull
       in Recovering and receiving the produce of her the Said
       Elizabeth Kirkby.s plantation or plantations and Estate
       and also all her outstanding Debts and in Mannageing and
       improving the Premisses and every part thereof to the     
       Most and best advantage and in all Respects Act & behave
       as a faithfull agent or Factor Ought to do for the better Improvement
       of her Estate But also shall and will from time
       to time & as often as oppurtunity Presents shipp send
       and Consigne ^or cause to be shipt sent or consigned^ unto her the said Elizabeth Kirby her Ex.rs
       Adm.rs or assignes all such Tobacco and other Effects as the
       Said plantation or plantations shall produce and shall & will
       Give her Due and timely notice thereof by writing and also
       advise her when oppurtunity Presents of all his Transactions
       and Dealings in and about the Premisses and also that he
       the said Jeremiah Thomas shall and will Once within every
       twelve months Transmitt and Render unto her the said Eliz.a
       Kirkby her Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes a just & true state & account
       of all her affairs in Maryland relateing to her Tobacco
       plantations Negroes and Effects and of the Increase Decrease
       Number Quantity and Quality thereof and the said Elizabeth
       Kirkby in Consideration of such Agency so to be done and
       performed by the said Jeremiah Thomas Doth for herselfe
       her Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes Covenant Promise & Agree to and
       with the Said Jeremiah Thomas his Executors Adm.rs & Assigns
       by these Presents That she the Said Elizabeth Kirkby her
       Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes shall and will not only allow him the  
       Said Jeremiah Thomas his Diet Washing and Lodging & ^a^ Horse
       Belonging to the said plantations to ride on Gratis But also
       shall and will well and truly pay and allow or Cause to be
       paid and allowed unto him the said Jeremiah Thomas his Ex.rs
       or Assignes for so long time as he shall Continue in the said station
       or Capacity with the approbation of the said Elizabeth Kirkby
       her Executors or Adm.rs at and after the Rate of one full & equal
       tenth part of the Neat produce and proceeds of all such Tobacco
       and other effects as the said Jeremiah Thomas shall shipp and
       Consign or Cause to be shipped and Consigned to the Said Elizabeth
       Kirkby her Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes (Outstanding Debts only Excepted
       for which he the said Jeremiah Thomas or his assignes shall be
       paid according to the Custom of the County) such full and equall
       tenth part or share of such effects to be paid within Thirty
       Days after Receipt of the monies ariseing by the sale of
       the Tobacco.s and Other Effects at this port of London and
       likewise one full and equal tenth part of all such Indian
       Corn and other Grain as shall be produced on the plantation
