       as by the Said Deed Referance thereto being had may more fully
       appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the Said George
       Buchannan for and in Consideration of the sume of Forty pounds
       Current Money of Maryland to him in hand paid and sattisfy.d
       by the Said Charles Carroll at and before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he Doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof Doth acquitt and Discharge him
       the Said Charles Carroll his Heirs Executors & Adm.rs Hath
       Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliend Enfeoff and Confirm unto him
       the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and assignes for Ever
       all that part of the Said Yates his forbearance Containing
       one hundred fifty one acres as by the aforesaid Deed to him
       conveyed by the aforesaid John Lacon Israel together with
       all and singular the Buildings Orchards Fencings & other
       the appurtenances thereon & thereto belonging & appertaining
       To have and to hold to him the Said Charles Carroll his heirs
       and assignes for ever to his and their proper use & Behoof &
       to no other use meaning or intent whatsoever the af.d one
       Hundred and fifty One acres of Land part of Yates his forbearance
       with the appurtenances and the Said George
       Buchannan Doth for himselfe his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs Covenant
       and Agree to and with him the said Charles Carroll that he
       the said George Buchannan and his heirs shall and will
       from time to time and at all times hereafter Warrant
       and for Ever Defend the aforesaid Bargained Premisses with
       the appurtenances to him the said Charles Carroll against
       him the said George Buchannan and all others of by from
       and under him Claiming In Witness Whereof and the foregoing
       premisses the said parties have to these presents interchangably
       put their hands and seales the Day and year
