       On the Back of the aforegoing indenture was thus Endors.t
       vizt
                                                 11.th Aprill 1732

          Then Received from Doctor Charles Carroll the sume of
          Fifty pounds Current Money being the Consideration
       Money within Mencond

                                        Be it Remembred that on the
                                    Eleventh day of Aprill in the year of
                                Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and
                            Thirty two the within Deed was acknowledgd
                        before us the subscribers being two of his
                    Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltemore County
                according to the Directions of the Act of Assembly
            In such Cases Provided by the within named Geo Buchannan
       and Elinor his Wife Parties thereto and we Certifie that we
       examined the said Elinor a part from her said Husband out of
       his Hearing and that upon such her examination she Declared
       that she acknowledged the said Deed Willingly and Freely & without
       Being Induced thereto by Fears or threats of or Ill Useage by her
       Husband or Fear of his Displeasure and Desired that this her
       acknowledgment may be Recorded

       Domini One Thousand seven Hundred Thirty Two Between
       George Buchannan of Baltemore County Chyurgeon of the
       one part and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis in Ann
       Arundell County Chyrugeon on the other part Witnesseth
       That Whereas John Lacon Israel son and heir of John Israel
       Late of Baltemore County Deceased by his Deed of Bargain
       and Sale Duly acknowledged and Recorded bearing Date the
       seventh day of July One Thousand seven hundred & Thirty
       One did Give Grant Bargain sell alien enfeoff and confirm
       unto him the said George Buchannan One hundred & fifty
       One Acres of Land part of a Tract of Land Called Yates his
