       Reversions Remainder and Reminders Rents Issue and Profitts
       thereof and all the Estate Right Title Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Nicholas Grimes of in and to the said
       Land and premisses hereby Granted or intended to be hereby
       Granted to the Said Thomas Worthington his heirs & assignes
       for ever he the Said Nich Grimes having at the Ensealing &
       Delivery of these Presents a good indefeazable Estate of
       Inheritance in the aforesaid Land and Premisses with their
       appurtenances and full power and Lawfull authority to
       fall and convey the aforesaid Tract of Land with all and
       every the appurtenances thereto Belonging unto him the said
       Thomas Worthington his Heirs and Assigns for ever To Have
       and to Hold the aforesaid Tracts of Land with the Premisses
       and appurtenances thereto belonging unto him the said
       Thomas Worthington his Heirs and assignes for Ever to the
       Only proper use and Behooff of him the Said Thomas Worthington
       his Heirs and Assignes for ever and to none other
       use intent or purpose whatsoever and the said Nich.o Grimes
       for himself his Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs and every of them Doth
       further Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the
       said Thomas his Heirs and assignes that there is within the
       Limitts and Bounds of the Quantity of Fifty Acres of Land
       and that he the said Nicholas Grimes his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       shall and will from time to time and at all times for
       ever hereafter Warrant and for ever Defend unto the
       Said Thomas his Heirs & assignes for ever all that af.d Tract
       of Land with the Premisses and appurtenances as well
       from and against him the said Nicholas Grimes his heirs
       and assignes for ever as against all manner of persons Whatsoever
       And that the said Nicholas and his Heirs shall and
       will at any time hereafter at y.e request and Charges of the Law
       of him the said Thomas his Heirs and assigns Doe make
       execute any further or other Deed or Deeds thing or things
       as the Councill Learned in the Law of him the Said Thomas
       his Heirs and assignes shall advise or Devise for the sure
       and more firm makeing over the af.d Land and Premisses
       with there appurtenances unto the said Tho.s Worthington
       his heirs & assignes for ever In Witness Whereof the
       Said Nicholas Grimes hath hereunto set his Hand and
       affixt his seale the Day and Year first above Written
