565) Four hundred Acres more or Less which said two Parcells of Land the Richard Snowden hath Agreed with the said Edward Geither and Margarett his Wife to Bargain Sell Grant & Convey by a Deed of Bargain & Sale to bear Even Date with this Present Indenture of Bargain & Sale unto her the said Margarett her heirs and Assigns for Ever Subject to the Power & Disposition of the said Margarett in the same Manner & forme as by the aforesaid ^recited^ Articles of Agreement the said Part of Williams Range therein Mentioned is Subject & Lyable Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said Edward Geither and Margarett his Wife for and in Consideration of the said Tract of Land Called the PLains & the said part of a Tract of Land called Plumton so Agreed to be Bargained Sold Granted & Conveyed by the said Richard Snowden as af.d And also for & in Consideration of five Shillings of Current Money of this Province to them the said Edward & Margarett in hand paid before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents have Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these Presents Doe Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe & Confirm unto the said Richard Snowden Edmund Jenings Jonathan Forward John Galloway Joseph Cowman & John Prichard their Heirs & Assigns for Ever as Tenants in Common for the Uses and in the Proportions and Manner herein after mentioned all that Tract or parcell of Land Called Williams's Range Devised by the afore recited Testament & Last Will of the said Benjamin Williams as aforesaid to the said Margarett (Except the aforesaid Two hundred Acres of the said Tract) together with the Plantation and Appurtenances thereon Devised as af.d to the said Joseph Williams the Son as af.d and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders and all The Estate Right Title Interest Claim & Demand Whatsoever both in Law & Equity of the said Edward Gaither and Margarett his Wife or Either of them as af.d of in or to the said Tract or Parcell of Land Called Williams Range and Every Part thereof (Except as befoe Excepted) To have and To hold the said Tract & Parcell of Land Called Williams's Range & Every (part) |
