       Other Writing or Writings Deed or Deeds to be Signed with
       the ^her^ hand in the presence of to or more Credible Persons as Witnesses
       thereunto or by any other Lawfull way or means Whatsoever whether
       the same be by Writing or by Word of Mouth to bequeath assigne
       Transfer Dispose of Give Grant and Confirme unto Such person
       or Persons as to her Should be thought Meet and Convenient all that
       aforesaid peice or parcell of Land lying in Prince Georges County
       aforesaid and then in the Possession of the said Margarett it
       being Part of the said Tract of Land Called Williams's Range
       and all the Estate Right Title Claim & Demand which She then
       had of in & to the Same or of in & to any Part or Parcell thereof
       and Also that he the said Edward his Heirs Executors & Administrators
       after Such Will or Wills Deeds or Writings Gifts or Grants as
       Abovementioned Should be so made by the said Margarett
       Duely published under the Testimony of Sufficient Witnesses
       Should & would well truly & faithfully Execute & Perform the
       Said Will or Wills Deeds or Writings Gifts or Grants or Suffer the
       Same to be Duely Executed & Performed According to the true
       Intent & meaning of the said Margarett & that the said Edward
       his Heirs Exec.rs & Administrators or any of them upon the
       Reasonable Request to him them or any of them to be made by any
       Person or Persons to whom the said Margarett Should Give or
       Bequeath the af.d Part of Williams Range would well Peaceably
       and Quietly Deliver up the Possession thereof or of any and Such
       Part thereof as the Claimant or Claimants Should be Intituled unto
       by Virtue of the Gift or Grant of the said Margarett without
       fraud or Delay & according to the true Intent & meaning of the said
       Margarett & the said Recited Articles of Agreement as by the same
       as by the same Recited Articles Relation being thereunto had may
       More fully & at Large Appear And Whereas the said Richard
       Snowden is Seized of & in an Estate of Inheritance of Fee Simple
       of a Tract of Land Called the Plains & also of ^and^ in an Estate of
       Inheritance of Fee Simple of Part of a Tract of Land Called
       Plumton which said Tract of Land Called the Plains & Part of the
       said Tract of Land Called Plumton lying in Annarundell County
       af.d are Contiguous & Adjoyn to Each Other and Contain in the whole
