       Part thereof (Ecept as before Excepted) and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder & Remainders and all the Estate
       Right Title Interest Claim & Demand Whatsoever of the
       said Edward Gaither and Margarett his Wife or Either of
       them as aforesaid of in or to the said Tract or Parcell of Land
       Called Williams's Range & Every Part thereof (Except as
       before Excepted) unto the said Richard Snowden Edmund
       Jenings Jonathan Forward John Galloway Joseph Cowman
       and John Prichard their Heirs & Assigns forever as Tenants
       in Common for the Joynt use of the Patuxent Iron works
       and according to the following Proportions (to Witt) Nine
       Sixteenth Parts of the said Land to the said Richard
       Snowden his Heirs & Assigns forever Two Sixteenth Parts
       of the said Land to the Said Edmund Jenings his Heirs
       and Assigns forever two Sixteenth Parts of the said Land
       to the said Jonathan Forward his Heirs and Assigns
       forever & one Sixteenth Part of the said Land to the
       said John Galloway his Heirs & Assigns forever and one
       Sixteenth part of the said Land to the said Joseph Cowman
       his Heirs & Assigns forever and one Sixteenth Part of the said
       Land to the said John Prichard his Heirs & Assigns forever
       And the said Edward Geither & Margarett his Wife for themselves
       & Each of them their & Each of their Heirs Executors
       Administrators & Assigns Do hereby Covenant Promise Grant &
       Agree to and with the said Richard Snowden Edmund Jenings
       Jonathan Forward John Galloway Joseph Cowman & John Prichard
       they the said Edward Geither and Margarett his Wife & Each of
       them their & Each of their Heirs Executors Administrators and
       Assigns the af.d Tract of Land & Premisses of Williams's Range
       (Except as before Excepted) Against them the said Edward & Margarett
       Margarett and Each of them their & Each of their Heirs Executors

       All & Every Person or Persons Claiming or to Claim by from
