       claim and Demand whatsoever which he the said Henry Donaldson
       now hath or may or ought or should have or Claim in or to the afd
       Messuage and Premisses with the Appurtenances af.d by force or vertue
       of the af.d mentioned Lease and likewise the said Henry Donaldson for
       the Consideration af.d hath bargained and sold and by these presents
       doth bargain and sell unto the af.d John Lomas and W.m Ghiseline
       their Executors Adm.rs or assignes the severall Goods and Chattles mentioned
       in a Schedule hereunto annexed which said Schedule is signed
       with the proper hand of him the said Henry Donaldson To have
       and to hold the af.d Lands and Tenements demised as af.d and
       Every part and parcell thereof and premisses with the Appurtenances
       and the Goods and Chattles af.d bargained and sold as
       aforesaid to the said John Lomas and William Ghiseline their
       Heirs and assigns for ever To the only proper use & behoofe of the said
       John Lomas and William Ghiseline and their Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever upon this Especial Trust and Confidence Nevertheless to the
       Intent and Purpose that they the said John Lomas & William
       Ghiselin and their Heirs sell & dispose of the af.d Messuage Lands
       Tenements and Hereditaments Goods & Chattles sold & disposed hereby
       to them as af.d by these presents and shall imply and dispose of the
       Moneys arising upon sale of the af.d Lands and Premisses towards the
       satisfying and Discharging the proper Debts of the said Henry Donaldson
       as af.d as far as the same will amount to to be Equally divided and
       apportioned as af.d And the said Henry Donaldson doth hereby
       also declare that it shall and may be lawfull to & for the said John
       Lomas and William Ghiseline and then ^Heirs to^ Default and deduct
       out of the Moneys that shall be raised by the af.d Lands & Tenements
       Goods and Chattles all such Moneys Charges and Expences as they
       shall lay out Expend or be dampnifyed in Managing and Execution
       of this present Trust In Witness Whereof the parties to these presents
       have hereunto set their hands and seals the Day and Year first
       above Written
       Sealed and Delivered
       in presence of                                          Henry Donaldson   Seal
             Ch Browne
             Geo Steuart                                 On the Back of the aforegoing
                                                                Deed was thus Indorsed Vizt
             New year Smithe
                                                          March the 31.st 1737

                                  Received of the within named John Lomas &
       W.m Ghiselin the Sum of five Shillings Sterl being the Consideration

       Maryland fs   March the 31.st 1737 Then Came the within
mentioned Henry Donaldson before me the subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the
       within Deed to be his Act & Deed for the use of the within named
       John Lomas and William Ghiseline according tot he form of the
       Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided
