       More at Large Appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the Said Eliz.a
       Gin in her own right & the said William Woodward & Mary Holmes in Execution
       of the trust aforesaid & Pursuant to the af.d Recited Testament & Last Will
       & for & in Consideration of the Sum of Twelve Pounds Sterling Money of Great
       Brittain to them in hand paid or Secured to be paid by the said John Gray
       before the Sealing & Delivery of these Presents Have Granted bargained
       Sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these Presents Doe Grant bargain
       Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the said John Gray his heirs & Assignes
       for ever All that Tract or Parcell of Land Called Sturtons Rest Containing
       One hundred & Ten Acres more or Less as af.d with all & Singular
       the Houses Out houses Improvements & Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       To have & to Hold the Same & Every part & Parcell thereof unto
       the Said John Gray his heirs & assigns for ever And the Said Eliz.a
       Gin William Woodward & Mary Holmes Do hereby for themselves and
       Every of them for their & every of their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes
       Covenant Promise Grant & Agree to & with the said John Gray his heirs
       & Assigns that they the said William Woodward Mary Holmes & Eliz.a Gin
       their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns the said Land & premisses hereby Granted
       Sold or mentioned to be Granted or Sold & Every Part or Parcell thereof
       with all & Singular their & Every of their Appurtenances unto the Said
       John Gray his heirs & Assigns Against all & Every person
       or Persons Claiming from by or under them or any of them or from by or
       under the said Amos Garrett Deceased & against all & Every of them Shall and
       Will Warrant & for Ever Defend by these Presents And Lastly the
       Said Eliz.a Gin William Woodward & Mary Holmes have Constituted
       Ordained Appointed & in their Stead & Places put & by these Presents
       Doe Constitute Ordain Appoint & in their Stead & Places put John Galloway
       of Ann Arundell County Gentleman & Edmond Jenings of the City of Annapolis
       in the said Province Esq.r their true & Lawfull Attorney Jointly and
       Severally for them & Each of them & in their Names & Each of their Names
       to Acknowledge these Presents to be the Act & Deed of them the Said Eliz.a Gin
       William Woodward & Mary Holmes & the Lands & Premisses herein before
       mentioned to be the Estate Right & Title of him the said John Gray his heirs
       & Assigns According to the Act of Assembly of that Province in Such Cases
       Made & Provided they the said Eliz.a Gin William Woodward & Mary Holmes
