       Hereby Ratifying & Confirming whatsoever their Said Att.rys or Either of them Shall
       Do in that Behalf by force & Virtue of these Presents as fully as if they the Said
       Elizabeth Gin William Woodward & Mary Holmes had been Personally Present
       Doing the Same In Witness Whereof the said Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto Set their hands & Seals the Day & Year first Above Written

       Court the Above Named James Hollyday one of the Wittnesses to the within
       Indenture of Bargain & Sale who being Sworne on the Holy Evangelists
       of Almighty God Deposeth & Saith that he Saw the within Named Eliz.a Gin
       William Woodward & Mary Holmes Partys to the af.d within Indenture
       Signe Seal & Deliver the Same as their & Every of their Act & Deed for the
       Uses therein Mentioned on the Day of the Date thereof

       Presents & of Every of them did Acknowledge the within Presents and the within
       Mentioned Indenture of Bargain & Sale to be the Acts & Act Deeds & Deed

       Lands & Premisses within Mentioned to be the Estate Right & Title of y.e
       within Named John Gray his heirs & assigns according to the Act of
