X.d This Indenture made the Seventh Day of April in the year of our Lord One
       Thousand seven hundred & thirty seven Between Hyde Hoxton of Prince Georges
       County and Lloyd Harris of Baltimore County Gent of the one Part & Benjamin
       Tasker of the City of Annapolis Esq.r of the other Part Witnesseth that the said
       Hyde Hoxton & Lloyd Harris for & in Consideration of fifteen Pounds Sterling
       to them in hand Paid by the said Benjamin Tasker the receipt whereof they the
       said Hyde Hoxton & Lloyd Harris doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof doth
       Acquit the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Hath Given Granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these Presents the said
       Hyde Hoxton & Lloyd Harris Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and
       Confirm to the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs & Assigns for Ever all that
       Tract or Parcell of Land hereafter mentioned Situate lying & being in
       Baltimore County on the North Side of Patapsco River on Hunting Ridge
       Called White Hall Begining at a Bounded Hickory Standing on a Gravelly
       Hill thence Running South East on one hundred Perches to a Bounded
       Oke Sapling thence South West one hundred & Sixty Perches then North
       West one hundred Perches thence with a Streight line to the first begining
       Tree Containing one hundred Acres of Land be the Same more or
       Less To have & to hold the af.d Tract of Land together with all & Singular
       the Messuages Barnes Tobacco Houses Orchards Fences Edefices &
       Buildings Tenements & Hereditaments whatsoever to the Said
       Lands & Premisses in any wise belonging or Appertaining & all
       Rents Issues & Profits to them belonging or any ways Appertaining
       to him the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs & Assigns for ever to the
       Only Proper use & behoofe of him the Said Benj.a Tasker his heirs
       & Assigns for Ever and the said Hyde Hoxton & Lloyd Harris for
       themselves their heirs Ex.rs and Adm.s do Covenant & Grant to & with
       the said Benjamin Tasker his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns that they
       the s.d Hyde Hoxton & Lloyd Harris & their heirs the said Lands 
       Tenements & Premisses hereby Granted or mentioned to be Granted
       & Every Part thereof unto the said Benj.a Tasker his heirs & assigns
       against them the said Hyde Hoxton & Lloyd Harris their & Each of
       their Heirs will Warrant & Defend by these Presents and the said
       Benjamin Tasker his heirs & assigns Shall or Lawfully may
       from time to time & at all times hereafter have hold use Occupy
       Possess & Enjoy all the Lands Tenements & Premisses hereby
