       Granted & Every Part & Parcell thereof And the said Hyde Hoxton &
       Lloyd Harris hath not Don Committed Executed or Suffered Any Act or
       thing whatsoever whereby the said Lands & Premisses hereby Granted
       or Intended to be Granted or any Part thereof now or at any time
       hereafter Shall or may be Impeached or Incumbred in Title Charge        
       Estate or Otherwise In Witness whereof the Partys hereunto have
       Interchangably set their hands & seals the Day & Year first Above

       Reced July 1.st 1737 Seven Pounds ten Shillings Sterling being my
       Moiety of the Purchase money of the within mentioned Premisses

Mem.d That on the Seventh Day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand
       Seven hundred & thirty Seven before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named Lloyd Harris
       And Acknowledge the within Instrument to be his Act & Deed And
       also came Elinor the Wife of the s.d Harris within mentioned who being
       Privately Examined out of the hearing for her Husband did freely
       & Voluntarily Acknowledge her Right of Dower to the within
       Land & Premisses According to the Act of Assembly in that Case
       made & Provided                                             Robert Gordon
Mem.d That on the first Day of July 1737 Came before me one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within Named Hyde
       Hoxton & Acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act & Deed
       And then also came Susan the Wife of the said Hyde Hoxton who
       being Privately Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband
       Freely & Voluntarily Acknowledged her Right of Dower to the
       within Land & Premisses according to the Act of Assembly in
