Ex.d This Indenture Made the Sixteenth Day of May
       in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred & thirty
       Seven Between Richard Hill of of Ann Arundell County in the
       Province of Maryland Chirurgeon of the one part & John Prichard
       of the same County & Province Merchant of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Richard Hill for and in Consideration
       of the sume of One Hundred & Sixty Pounds Sterling Money of
       Great Britain in Bills of Exchange and three Pounds Six
       Shillings Sterling Value of India Goods at the Reall Cost in
       London the Receipt whereof the said Richard Hill doth hereby
       acknowledge and from Every part & Parcell thereof doth fully
       Clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate & Discharge the said John
       Prichard                                          His Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & assigns
       Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       And by these Presents doth grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe &
       Confirme unto him the said John Prichard his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever One Lott or Portion of Land & One Stone Messuage ^or Tenement^
       ^on the same Lott^ Standing & Being with the appurtenances thereto
       Belonging in Beall Town in Prince Georges County also one other
       Lott or Portion of Land Contiguouous to the afd Lott & Messuage
       which said last mentioned Lott or Portion of Land he the said
       John Prichard is to Choose out of a Parcell of Lotts or Portions
       of Land now in the Possession of the said Richard Hill & by him
       purchased of John Cheltam with the appurtenances lying & Being
       in Beall Town afd To Have and to Hold the afd Lotts &
       Messuage or Tenement herein before mentioned and Intended to
       be hereby Granted and Sold with their and Every of their Appurtenances
       unto him the said John Prichard his Heirs and Assigns for Ever
       to the only proper use & Behoof of him the said John Prichard his
       Heirs and assigns for Ever And to no other use Intent or
       Purpose whatsoever and the said Richard Hill for himself his
       Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns & Every of them
       Doth Covenant promise grant and agree to and with
       the said John Prichard His Heirs & Assignes that he the s.d Richard
       Hill his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes the af.d Lotts & Messuage
       or Tenement with their & every of their Appurtenances hereby
       Granted & Sold or Intended to be hereby Granted or Sold unto
       him the s.d John Prichard against him the s.d Richard Hill his
