       Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & Every of them & Against all & Every
       Person or Persons Claiming by from ^by^ or under them or any of them shall &
       Will Warrant & for ever Defend by these Presents In Wittness
       Whereof the s.d Richard Hill hath hereunto Set his Hand and affixed
       his Seale the Day and year above Written
       N B. the words (and by him purchased of Jn.o Cheltam) Rich.d Hill   Seal

       On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus Indorsed Viz.t

       Signed Sealed and Delivered      Received the Day & year within
       in the Presence of                       mentioned of the within named John
       Tench Francis                            Prichard the Sume of one Hundred
       Samuel Chew                            and Fifty Pounds Sterling money
                                                        of Great Britain in Bills of Exchange
                                                        and India goods to the Value of three
                                                        pounds Six Shillings Sterling being for
       the Consideration of the within purchase I say reced P me

       Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the
       within named Rich.d Hill and acknowledged this Deed & all the
       Lands therein Contained with the Appurtenances to the within
       named John Pritchard his Heirs and Assignes to the use of the
       same John his Heirs and Assignes for Ever according to the form
       and Effect of the same Deed Certified the Day and Year above

       June 7.th 1737   Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       of the Provincial Court Deborah Hill Wife of the within
       named Richard Hill who acknowledged the within Deed & the Land and
       Premisses within mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within
       named John Pritchard and that she made the same acknowledgm.t
       willingly & freely & without being induced thereto by fears or
       threats or ill usage by her Husband or fear of his Displeasure
