       be Null & Void and the Said Mordant having Paid unto the Said
       Carroll the Sum of Sixty Pounds Sterling & the Interest Thereon as
       Mentioned in the before Recited Deed the Receipt Whereof the said
       Carroll Doth hereby Acknowledge and of & from Every Part thereof
       Doth forever Acquit & Discharge the said Mordant his Heirs &
       Assigns and Doth hereby Disclaim any Right Title or Interest in or
       to the said Land by Virtue of the above Recited Deed Which Deed
       he Doth hereby Declare to be Void to all Intents & Purposes In
       Witness Whereof the said Carroll ^hath^ hereunto sett his hand and
       Seal the Day & Year above Written               Cha.s Carroll   Seal
       Signed Sealed & Delivered      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst

Ex.d This Indenture Made the Tenth Day of May In
       the Year of Our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred & Thirty
       Seven Between Will.m Mordant of Prince Georges County Planter
       of the One Part & Rich.d Hill of Ann Arundell County Chirurgeon
       of the Other Part Witnesseth that he the said Will.m Mordant
       Doth for & in Consideration of the sum of two hundred & forty
       Pounds Sterling the Receipt Whereof he Doth hereby Acknowledge
       Hath Given Granted bargained Sold Aliened Enffeoffed Confirmed
       and Made Over as by these presents he the said Will.m Mordant
       Doth for himselfe & his Heirs Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien
       Enfeoffe Confirm & make Over unto him the said Rich.d Hill his heirs
       & Assigns for ever All that Tract or Parcell of Land Called
       Marjery Now in the Possession of the said William Mordant lying
       and being in Prince Georges County Originally Granted on or About
       The Tenth Day of January Anno Domini Sixteen hundred & Eighty
       Eighty unto Rich.d Gardener Together with all Houses & Improvements
