       Their heirs & Assigns or any Other Person or Person whatsoever
       Claiming any Right by from or under them or either of them their
       heirs or Assigns And the s.d Benj.a Hammond & Margaret his wife
       & Doe hereby further Covenant To & with the s.d Mord.a Hammond
       his heirs & Assigns that they the s.d Benj.a Hammond & Margaret
       his wife & their heirs Shall & will at any Time hereafter at the
       reasonable request & Cost & Charges in Law of the s.d Mord.a Hammond
       his heirs & Assigns make doe Perform & Execute any Other further
       Deed or Deeds Act or Acts whatsoever for the better Assuring &
       Conveying the Afoursaid Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto the s.d Mord.a Hammond his heirs & Assigns According
       to the true Intent & Meaning of these Presents with the Premisses
       afores.d as the Council Learned in the Law of the s.d Mord.a
       Hammond his heirs & Assigns Shall & will reasonably Advise
       Devise or Require In Witness whereof the Parties to this Present
       Indenture hath Set their hands & Seals the Day & Year first

                On the Back of the foregoing Deed is thus Indors Viz.t
       July the 17.th 1735 Came Benj.a Hammond & Margaret his
       Wife Parties to the within Deed before me the Subscriber one
       of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland and
       Did Acknowledge the Lands & Premisses within Mentioned to
       be the Right & Estate of the within Named Mord.a Hammond his
       heirs & Assigns for ever & at the same time the s.d Margaret
       the wife of the s.d Benj.a being Privatly Examined did Acknowledge
       that she did frely Renounce her Right of Dower
