x.d  Maryland fs.t   This Indenture Made the twenty fith
       Day of August in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven
       Hundred thirty and five Between Daniel Carroll of Malbro in Prince
       Georges County Merchant and Matthew Organ of Prince Williams
       County in the Colony of Virginia Planter on the one part and
       Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll & Daniel Dulany Esquires of the
       City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Charles Carroll a
       Minor son & Heir of Daniel Carroll of Duddington Manor in Prince
       Georges County in the Province af.d and Charles Carroll of the
       Aforesaid City & Province Chirurgeon on the other Part Witnesseth
       That the said Daniel Carroll & Matthew Organ for and in
       Consideration of the sume of fifteen Pounds Ster Money of Great
       Britain to them in Hand Paid and satisfied at & Before Ensealing
       and Delivery of these Presents by them the said Benjamin Tasker
       Charles Carroll & Daniel Dulany Esq.rs Charles Carroll son of
       Daniel Carroll aforesaid & Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon the Receipt
       Whereof they do hereby Acknowledge and therewith are fully
       Content and satisfyed Have Given Granted Bargained Sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed And by these Presents do
       absolutely and freely give grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and
       Confirm unto them the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll
       and Daniel Dulany Esq.rs Charles Carroll son of Daniel Carroll
       of Duddington Mannor aforesaid and Charles Carroll Chyrurgeon
       Their Heirs & Assignes for ever all that tract Tract or Parcel of
       Land called Organs Fancy scituate Lying & Being in
       Baltimore County on the North side of Patapsco Beginning at
       Three Bounded white oakes standing on a Ri^d^ge and in a line
       of a Parcell of Land belonging to the Heirs of Coll.l Thomas
       Hammond and Running thence North Twelve Degrees West
       seventy six Perches thence North Eighty one Degrees West twenty
       Perches Then North thirty five Degrees East fifty four Perches
       south fifty eight Degrees East One Hundred and sixty Perches
       South fifty two Perches South thirty two Degrees West sixty Perches
       thence with a streight Line to the Beginning Trees containing one
