(36) pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Brittain therein
Mencond To be in hand paid unto the Said Thomas Bladen by the Said William Stavely and James Bennett the Said Thomas Bladen Did Grant Bargain Sell Aliene Release Enfeeof and Confirme unto the Said William Stavely and James Bennett and to their heirs and assignes for ever all that Manner Containing Two Thousand Acres of Land more or Less Commonly Called or knowne by the Name of Kent Fort Manner scituate Lying and being in the Southermost End of Kent Island in Queen Anns County in the Province of Maryland aforesaid Together with all Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings yards wayes passages Easements Waters Water Courses Woods Underwoods Timber and Timber Trees Profitts Comodities and Appurtenances whatsoever to the Same Premisses Belonging or in any wise appertaining or to or with the same or any part thereof used Occupyed or Enjoyed or Accepted reputed taken or known as part parcell of member thereof and the Reversion and Revertions remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Yearly and Other profitts whatsoever of all and singular the said Premisses so thereby Granted and of every part and parcell thereof and all the Estate right Title Intrest property profitt and Possession Inheritance Claime and Demand whatsoever boath in Law & Equity of the Sid Thomas Bladen of in or unto or out of the Said Premisses and of in and unto and out of every or any part or parcell thereof To hold the Same unto the Said William Stavely and James Bennett their heirs and assignes to the only proper use and Behoofe of the Said William Stavely and James Bennett and of their heirs and assignes for ever to be holden of the Chief Lord or Lords of the Fee or Fees of the Premisses by the Rents and Services therefore due and of right accustomed do ^as^ by the said recited Indenture (relation being thereunto had) more at Large may appear Now these Presents Witnesseth that for as much as the said parties have Disbursed and paid their Equall shares & proportions of the sume of six Hundred pounds Consideration Money for the purchase of the Mannor Lands and Hereditaments above recited therefore it is mutually Covenanted Declared & fully agreed upon by and between the said parties to these Presents and Either of them the Said Parties to these presents for himselfe his heirs Executors and (Adm.rs) |
