utterly excluded and Barred for ever by these presents In Witness whereof the said John Shapleigh has hereunto set his hand and Seale this Eleventh day of October Anno One Thousand seven hundred and Thirty One John Shapleigh seale Witness Jn.o Beck Sam.ll Allin Memorandum That the Eleventh Day of October Anno One Thousand seven hundred and thirty one Came before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the Provinciall Court the within Named John Shapleigh of Northumberland County in the Colony of Virginia and did acknowledge the within Release to be his Act and Deed And the Lands and Premisses therein Mencond to be the right of the within named Richard Bennett Esq.r his Heirs & assigns for ever Is Acknowledged before me according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided the day & year above Written 6 sides M.s Ward (Recorded this 13.th November 1731) x.d Articles of Agreement Indented had made Concluded and fully Agreed upon the second day of February in the year of Our Lord Christ One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty four And in the Eleventh year of the Reigne of our sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God King of Great Brittain France and Ireland Defender of the Faith &c Between William Stavely of London Gentleman of the one part and James Bennett of London Gentleman of the Other part Whereas by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the Date of these Presents made or mencond to be made Between Thomas Bladen of London Gentleman son and heir of William Bladen Late of the Province of Maryland Esq.r Deceased of the One part and the said William Stavely and James Bennett of the Other part in Consideration of the sume of Six (Hundred) |
