       Money of great Britain to the s.d William Douglas in hand Paid by the said
       Benj.a Tasker at or before the ensealing & Delivery of these Presents (the
       Receipt & payment Whereof the said William Douglass doth hereby Acknowledge
       & thereof & of every part & Parcell thereof doth Clearly Exonerate Acquit and
       Discharge the s.d Benj.a Tasker his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs by these Presents) they
       the s.d Will.m Douglass & Mary his wife have granted Bargained Sold Aliened
       Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these Presents do Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff
       & Confirm unto the s.d Benj.a Tasker his heirs & Assigns for ever All the af.d
       Tracts or Parcells of Land called Mornings Choice & Mornings Choice Addition
       with the Appurtenances lying & being in Baltimore County According to the
       Meets & Bounds thereof as they are Described & Laid Down by the respective
       Patents thereof Granted by the then Lord Prop.ry of this Province for the time
       being & all & every the Estate & Estates rights titles claims Interests & Demands
       whatsoever of them the said William Douglass & Mary his wife into or out of
       the s.d Tracts or Parcells of Land & every part & Parcell thereof To have & to hold
       the af.d Tracts or Parcells of Land & all other the Premisses hereby Granted
       bargained & sold or Intended to be hereby Granted bargained or Sold & every
       Part or Parcell thereof with their & Every their Appurtenances unto the s.d
       Benj.a Tasker his heirs & Assigns for ever To the only Proper usue and
       Behoof of him the s.d Benj.a Tasker his heirs & Assigns for ever And the said W.m
       Douglass doth hereby Grant for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs that he the said
       William Douglass & his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs the af.d Tracts or Parcells of Land
       & all & singular other the Premisses hereby Granted or Mentioned to be
       Granted & every part or Parcell thereof with all & singular then & every
       of their Rights members & Appurtenances unto the s.d Benj.a Tasker his
       heirs & Assigns against him the s.d Will.m Douglass & Mary his Wife his
       & their heirs & against all & every other Person & Persons Whatsoever shall
       & will Warrant & for ever Defend by these Presents & the s.d Will.m Douglass
