       Or may at any time or times hereafter have or Lawfully claim
       Any estate right Title or Interest of in or to the s.d Premisses hereby
       Granted or Mentioned to be Granted shall & will from time to time
       & at all times hereafter at & upon the reasonable request & at
       the Costs & Charges in the Law of the s.d Benj.a Tasker his heirs & Assigns
       or some of them make do levy execute acknowledge & suffer or
       Cause to be made Done Acknowledged Executed & Suffered all &
       every such further & Other reasonable Act & Acts thing & things
       Devise & Devises Assureance & Assureancess Conveyance and
       Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the better & more
       Perfect Assureance Surety & sure making & Conveying Settling
       Establishing or Confirmation of the s.d Land & Premisses hereby
       Granted or Intended to be hereby Granted & of every or any part
       or Parcell thereof unto the s.d Benj.a Tasker his heirs & assigns
       According to the true Intent & meaning of these Presents by any
       Ways or means in the Law whatsoever as by the s.d Benj.a Tasker
       his heirs or Assigns or any ot them or by his their or any of
       their Council Learned in the Law Shall be reasonably
       Devised or Advised or Required In Witness Whereof the
       Parties above Named to these Presents their hands & seals
       have Interchangeably set the Day & Year first Above Written

          On the Back of the foregoing Deed is thus endorst Viz.t
