       Shipwright part owner of the shipp Samuel did for the Considerations
       therein Mentioned Lett to Freight the s.d Shipp to the s.d
       John Peele for a Voyage from the Port of London to any Port
       or Ports place or places in Maryland & back to London And     
       Whereas the s.d John Peele hath made Insureances on the Shipp
       Called the Diggs & also on the severall Goods Loaded on board
       the s.d Shipp & also Insureance on the several Goods loaded
       On board the said Ship Called the three Sisters (to witt) on the
       Shipp Called the Diggs two thousand Pounds & on the Good^s^ on Board
       the s.d Shipp on thousand eight hundred Pounds in all three
       thousand & eight hundred Pounds & on the Goods on board the said
       Shipp Called the three Sisters one thousand two hundred Pounds in
       the whole to the Amount of five thousand Pounds for the Safe
       Arrivall of the s.d Goods & Cargoe & the s.d Shipp Diggs from London
       to the several Ports in the s.d Pollicys Particularly mentioned
       Which Policyes mentioned of Assureances were Severally under
       Written & the Premiums paid to the Several under Writers
       of such Policys by the s.d John Peele on the Several Days on
       the s.d Policys Particularly mentioned as by such Policyes

       sent on board the s.d two Ships the Diggs & the three Sisters & also on board the
       Shipps Molly the Phænix & the Samuel herein before mentioned Several

       to be Delivered at the Several Ports the s.d Shipps were Consigned
       to the Several Bills of Loading whereof he the s.d John Peele hath
       as a farther Security the Day of the Date hereof Delivered Over into
       the hands of the s.d Dan.l Dudson & the s.d John Peele is to
