       Receive in return for the Said Goods Tobaccos & Other Goods from the
       Persons to whome the s.d Goods mentioned in the s.d Several Bills of
       Loading were & are Consigned all which Tobaccoes & other Goods so
       to be returned the s.d John Peele hath & Doth hereby Assigne and
       Consigne to the s.d Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes & doth
       Promise & hereby Agree to Deliver the same into the Possession of
       the s.d Daniel Dodson his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns as Soon as they shall
       Arrive into the Port of London or Elsewhere And Whereas the
       Said John Peele in his Own right Intituled to Severall large
       Quantityes of Goods & other Estate & Effects in Maryland afores.d
       now in the hands & Custody of the Several Persons herein after
       mentioned (to wit) of Will.m Peele M.rs         Crabb Widow M.r Anthony
       Gott M.r Nath.l Ridgby M.r Solomon Clayton M.r Enault Hawkins
       Major Powers M.r Thomas Gassaway the Elder M.r John Galloway
       M.r Luther Gill M.r John Peele the Younger M.r John Welsh
       and M.r Will.m Sellman And Whereas Sam.l Peele & Robert
       Peele late of Maryland & Brothers of the s.d John Peele are both
       lately Deceased intestate leaving behind them a Considerable
       Personal Estate to the Amount & Value of Several thousand
       Pounds which Estates are now in the hands Custody or Power of
       Will.m Peele in London Town in Maryland aff.d or some other
       Person by his the s.d Will.m Peele or his the s.d John Peele's order
       Direction whereby the s.d John Peele & Will.m Peele are become
       equally intituled to the Estates & Effects they the s.d Samuel Peele
       & Robert Peele were Possessed of or any ways Intituled to at the
       time of their Decease And Whereas since their Decease the
       said John Peele hath Obtained Letters of Administration of all
       their or each of their Goods & Chattles rights & Credits to be Granted
       unto him out of & under the Seal of the Prerogative Court of
       Canterbury as by the s.d Letters of Administration may Appear
       & it is hereby Acknowledged & agreed by the s.d John Peele that
       he hath had & received of & from the said Daniel Dodson at
