       Apparell Furniture & Appurtenances & things Whatsoever to the
       said Shipp or Vessell belonging To hold the s.d Shipp or Vessell
       with the s.d Appurtenances unto him the s.d John Peele his Ex.rs
       Adm.rs & Assigns for ever And Whereas by one Other Deed
       Poll made from Eliz.a Bland executrix of Francis Bland Deced
       & Henry Roker bearaing Date the sixteenth Day of January
       one thousand seven hundred & thirty one the s.d Eliz.a Bland &
       Henry Roker for the Consideration of one thousand three hundred
       & eighty three pounds of Lawfull money of Great Britain to
       them in hand paid by the s.d John Peele did Grant Bargain Sell
       Assign Transferr & Set over unto the s.d John Peele  all that
       Good New Pink or Vessell Called the Diggs of the Burthen of
       two hundred & thirty Tunns or thereabouts To hold the said
       Pink or Vessells with the Appurtenances unto him the said
       John Peele  his Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assigns for ever And
       Whereas by one Charter Party bearing Date the tenth Day
       of January one thousand seven hundred & thirty three Zephemiah
       Eade owner of the Shipp Called the three Sisters did for the
       Consideration therein Mentioned Lett to Freight the said Shipp
       to the s.d John Peele  for a Voyage to be made from the
       Port of London to some Port in the Freshes of Patuxant
       River in Maryland & Back again to London Also by another
       Charter Party bearing Date the twenty fifth Day of Feb.ry one
       thousand seven hundred & thirty three Sam.l Brown Master
       of the Shipp Called the Phenix did for the Consideration therein
       Mentioned Lett to Freight the s.d Shipp to the s.d John Peele  for
       a Voyage from the Port of London ^to South River in Maryland and back to the port of London^ Also by another Charter
       Party bearing Date the Eleventh Day of April on thousand
       seven hundred & thirty four Ashbury Sutton of London
