       Singular the Premisses & Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him
       the s.d Philip Hammond his heirs & assigns for ever to the only Proper use &
       Behoof of him the s.d Philip Hammond his heirs & assigns for ever & also to
       have & to hold the s.d Horses Cattle Sheep & Hoggs & every other Particular
       aforementioned unto him the said Philip Hammond his heirs & Assigns for
       ever to the Only Proper use & behoof of him the s.d Philip Hammond his
       heirs & Assigns for ever & it is Covenanted Granted & agreed by & between
       him the s.d Patrick Noale & the s.d Philip Hammond that he the said
       Patrick Noale & his heirs the af.d Land & Premisses & every part
       thereof unto him the s.d Philip Hammond his heirs & assigns for ever
       from & against all other manner of Persons whatsoever that may
       Lay any Claim thereto Shall & will Warrant & for ever ^hereafter^ Defend by
       these Presents And he the s.d Patrick Doth Likewise hereby Warrant
       & Defend all & every the Creatures & other Particulars aforementioned
       unto him the s.d Philip Hammond his heirs & assigns for ever
       from & against all manner Whatsoever Provided always & it is the
       true Intent & meaning of these Presents that if he the said Patrick
       Noale his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall & doe well & Truly pay to the s.d Philip
       Hammond his heirs or assigns the s.d aforementioned sume of forty four
       Pounds & eight pence Sterling together with all Legall Interest
       Arrising upon the same at or before the first Day of Sep.r Next Ensueing
       the Date hereof that then this Deed of Bargain & Sale & every Clause
       thereof to be Void & of no effect & the Land & every other the Premisses
       therein before Contained is to revert to the s.d Patrick Noale his heirs &
       Ex.rs or Adm.rs & be as in their former estate any thing therein before
       Contained to the Contrary notwithstanding In Witness Whereof the
       Parties first above mentioned have hereunto set their hands and
       affixed their Seals the Day & Year first above Written
