                            Then Came before me one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court the within Named Patrick Noale & Acknowledged the
       Within Instrument as his Act & Deed & the Land & Premisses & every other
       Particular therein Contained to be the right & Estate of the within Named
       Philip Hammond his heirs & Assigns for ever According to the true Intent
       Meaning of the same Deed & the Act of Assembly in that Case made & 
       Provided
                               Taken & Acknowledged before me the subscriber
                               the Day & Year above Written

x.d  To all to whom these Presents Shall Come I Sir Edward
       Bellamy Knight Lord Mayor of the City of London In pursuance
       of an Act of Parliament made & Passed in the fifth year of
       of the Reign of our Soveraign Lord King George the Second
       Intituled An Act for the more easy Recovery of Debts in his
       Majestys Plantations & Colonies in America Do hereby Certifie
       That on the Day of the Date hereof Personally Came & Appeared
       before me George Grew & Robert Harrison both of Lincolns Inn
       Square in the County of Midlesex Gentlemen being Persons
       well Known & worthy of Good Credit & did by Solemn Oath which
       they severally Took upon the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God
       Solemnly & Sincerely Declare testifie & Depose to be true
       the Severall matters & things Contained in the Affidavit hereunto
       Annexed
                      In Faith and Testimony whereof I the s.d
