x.d  This Indenture made this fifth Day of June in the year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred & thirty four Between Charles Brown of the City of Annapolis
       Merchant of the one part & Dan.l Dulany of the same Place Esq.r of the ^other^ Part
       Witnesseth that the s.d Charles Browne for & in Consideration of ten Pounds Current
       Money of Maryland to him ^in^ hand paid by the s.d Dan.l Dulany the receipt whereof y.e
       said Charles Brown doth hereby Acknowledge & the said Dan.l Dulany & his heirs
       thereof & therefrom Doth Acquit & Discharge Hath Bargained & Sold & by
       these Presents Doth Bargain & Sell unto the s.d Dan.l Dulany all the right
       Title Interest Estate Claim & Demand of him the s.d Charles Browne of in & to a
       Tract or Parcel of Land Lying in Baltimore County Called Dulanys Park
       Containing According to the Grant or Patent thereof bearing Date the
       fourth Day of this Instant June one thousand & eight Acres with all the
       Buildings Improvements Proffits Comodities & Advantages thereunto belonging
       or Appertaining To have & to hold to him the s.d Dan.l Dulany his heirs
       & Assignes for ever to his & their Own Use And the s.d Charles Browne for
       himself & his heirs Doth Covenant & Agree to & with the s.d Dan.l Dulany
       his heirs & assigns that he & they shall & may from time to time have
       hold possess & enjoy the s.d Land & all Other the Premisses freely & Clearly
       Discharged from all Claims & Demands Whatsoever of him the s.d Charles
       Brown or his heirs or any other Person Claiming from by or under him
       or them   In Witness whereof the s.d Charles Browne hath hereunto set
       his hand & Seal the day & Year first above Written
