(282) Maryland fs Know all Men by these Presents that whereas I James Gibson of Prince Georges County Planter am and do stand justly indebted unto Dan.l Dulany of Annapolis in Forty three Pounds fifteen shillings Sterling for which I have past my bond of this Date I the s.d James Gibson in Consideration thereof & for the better security of the s.d money Have Assigned Set over & Transferred and by these Presents do Assign set over & Transferr unto the said Dan.l Dulany his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns so much of the money to me due & Oweing from Patrick Andrew of Prince Georges County as Adm.rs of Wendall Head lately Deced (And I Doe hereby fully authorize & impower the s.d Dan.l Dulany whom for this Purpose I Constitute & Appoint my Att.ry Irrevocable to use all Lawfull Ways to Recover to recover the Same) as shall be sufficient to satisfie & Discharge the s.d sum or forty three pounds fifteen shillings sterling And any Interest that may be due for the same & I hereby Covenant & Agree Not to refuse or Discharge the s.d Debt or do any Other Act whereby to hinder the s.d Dan.l Dulany from receiving the same Witness my hand & seal this last Day of March Anno Domini 1732 Sealed & Delivered James Gibson seale In the P.rnce of Rich.d Francis John Doccora On the back of the foregoing Assignm.ts was thus indorst viz.t Octo.r 18.th 1734 Richard Francis Esq.r Came into Court & being duely sworn in the Holy Evangelists of Almighty God Deposeth & Saith that he saw James Gibson Seal & Delivery within Assignm.t as his Act & Deed Sworn in Octo.r Prov.l Court Judicially Setting Record Oct.r y.e 19.th 1734 Testis W.m Ghiselin Clk 2 1/2 |
