       More or less to be held of the Manner of Baltemore together with all Houses
       Timber or Timber Trees ways Passages Water & Water Courses Profits & Convenances
       Whatsoever To have & to hold the s.d one hundred Acres of Land with all &
       singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said Mathew
       Allate his heirs & Assignes to the Only Proper use use & behoofe of the said
       Mathew Allate his heirs & Assignes for ever & that the said Thomas
       Macklefish at the time of the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents is
       sized of & in the s.d Land & Premisses of a good pure perfect & absolute Estate of
       Inheritance in fee simple without any Condition or Limitation to alter or
       Change the Same & hath in him self full Power good right & Lawfull
       Authority to Grant bargain sell & convey all & singular the before hereby
       Mentioned Granted Premisses with their & every of their Appurtenances unto
       the s.d Mathew Allate his heirs & assignes may by force & Vertue of these
       Presents from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter Lawfully and
       Peaceably & Quietly have hold use Occupy Possess the af.d Land & Appurtenances
       with their & every of their Rights Members thereunto in any ways
       belonging for ever & the s.d Tho.s Macklefish doth hereby agree to & with y.e
       said Mathew Allate that he the said Tho.s Macklefish his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs
       & every of them shall & will from time to time & at all times for ever hereafter
       Exonerat Acquit & Discharge & keep harmless the s.d Mathew Allate his
       heirs & Assigns as also the s.d one hundred Acres of Land with other the     
       Appurtenances before mentioned Bargained & Sold & every part and
       Parcel thereof free & Clear from all manner of former & other Gifts
       Grants bargains Sales Leases Mortgages Jointers Dowers title of
       Dower Judgments Executions Uses Entails Rents & Arrearages of Rents
       & of & from all & singular other Titles of Dower Troubles Charges
       & Demands whatsoever (the rents & services which from henceforth
       from time to time & at all times hereafter for & ^in^ respect of the Bargained
       Premisses shall grow Due & Payable to the Chief Lord or Lords
       of the fee only excepted & foreprized) & the s.d Thomas Macklefish Doth
       hereby Covenant & agree to & with the s.d Mathew Allate that he the
       said Thomas Macklefish his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs shall & will for
       ever hereafter secure Warrant & Defend the said one hundred
       Acres of Land with ^all^ & singular the foremention Appurtenances from
       him his heirs & assigns as also from all & every other Person or Persons
