       Claiming or shall have any Lawfull Claim or Demand unto the
       afores.d Land & Premisses free & Clear unto him the said Mathew
       Allate his heirs & assigns for ever & the s.d Tho.s Macklefish his
       heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs or any of them shall & will at any time
       hereafter when thereunto required make acknowledge or cause
       to be executed all & every such further & other Act & Acts thing
       or things assureances in ^the^ Law as the s.d Mathew Allate or his
       heirs & Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall
       be reasonably Devised advised or Required for the further &
       more shure making the forementioned Land & Appurtenances
       unto him the s.d Mathew Allate his heirs & assigns In
       Witness Whereof the the s.d Thomas Macklefish hath hereunto set
       his hand & seal the Day & Year above Written
