x.d    This Indenture made this 22.d Day of June Ann Dom
       seventeen hundred and thirty two Between Thomas Macklefish
       of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Planter of
       the one Part and Matthew Allate of Ann Arrundel County in the
       Province af.d of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Thomas
       Macklefish for and in Consideration of the sum of Eight pounds
       Current Money of the Province of Maryland to him in hand
       paid by the said Matthew Allate & before the sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof he the said
       Thomas Macklefish doth hereby acknowledge & himself
       therewith fully satisfied and Paid & thereof and of every
       part and parcel thereof doth Clearly acquit Exonerat and
       Discharge the said Matthew Allate his heirs executors &
       Administrators & assigns for ever by these Presents hath
       Given granted aliened sold enfeoffed and confirmed and by
       these Presents doth fully Clearly and Absolutely give Grant Bargain
       & Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto the said Mathew Allate his
       heirs & assigns for ever A Tract of Land Containing one hundred
       Acres (the s.d Land being Laid out & Surveyed to David Macklefish
       of Ann.l County Deceased as may more at Large Appeare by the
       Certificate of Survey Relation thereunto being had & the s.d Tract of
       Land was given by the Last Will & Testament of David Macklefish
       afores.d to his son the s.d Tho.s Macklefish the same may more
       fully appear Reference ^thereto^ being had) Called Pockhill Situate
       Lying & being in the County of Baltimore in the Province af.d
       at the head of Bush River in the Woods above the head of a run
       called Binams Run Begining at the last bounded Trees of a
       Parcell of Land Called S.t Albans being a Bounded Oake and
       a Duble red oake & runs thence south & by east one hundred &
       forty Perches to another Bounded red oake of the said Land
       then west & by south one hundred & fifteen Perches then
       North & by West one hundred & forty Perches then to the first
       Mentioned Trees Containing one hundred Acres of Land
