       Tasker his heirs & Assignes for ever to & for the only Proper use & behoof
       of the same Benj.a Tasker his heirs & assigns for ever & the s.d Gilbert
       Falconar for himself his heirs Executors & Administrators
       Doth Covenant & Grant to & w.th the said Benj.a Tasker his heirs
       & assigns in Manner following That is to say that the s.d
       Gilbert Falconar ^at^ the Sealing & Delivery of these presents
       is Lawfully seized of & in the Land & premisses before Bargained
       & Sold of a sure & indefeasible Estate in fee simple without any
       Defeasance Conditions or Incumberances & hath full power to
       bargain give grant & convey the same to the said Benj.a Tasker his heirs
       & assigns for ever Provided always & it is the true Intent
       & Meaning of these presents that if the s.d Gilbert Falconar
       his heirs executors adm.rs or assigns do pay or cause to be payed
       unto the s.d Benj.a Tasker his certain attorney executors ^or^ Adm.rs
       the sume of fifty three pounds fifteen shillings & five pence half
       penny Sterl with Lawfull Interest on the twenty fifth day of
       May seventeen hundred & thirty five That then this present
       Bargain & sale & the Lands & premisses Conveyed by this
       present deed & all estates passed & Trasnsferred from the said
       Gilbert Falconar to the said Benj.a Tasker his heirs & assigns
       by Virtue & Effect of these presents shall utterly cease & be Void
       & that then & from the time of the said fifty three pounds fifteen
       shillings & five pence half penny & interest to the said Benj.a
       Tasker his Certain Attorney Executor or Administrator
       or any of them so paid as afd it shall & May be Lawfull
       for the said Gilbert Falconer his heirs & assignes into
       all the Moety of the Tract of Land & Appurtenances as before
       conveyed by these presents to the said Benjamin Tasker & his
       heirs to Re enter & the same to have againe as of his or their
       former estate these presents or any thing therein contained
       to the Contrary Notwithstanding In Witness whereof
       the said Gilbert Falconer hath hereunto sett his hand
       & seale the Day & Year first Above Written
