x.d  This Indenture made the twenty fifth Day of May
       in the Year of our Lord God seventeen hundred thirty & four
       Between Gilbert Falconar of Kent County Merch.t of the one
       Part & Benj.a Tasker of Annapolis Esq.r of the other Part
       Witness that the s.d Gilbert Falconar for & in Consideration
       of the sum of Fifty three Pounds fifteen shillings & five
       Pence half penny sterling To him the s.d Gilbert Falconar
       before the ensealing of these Presents paid by the said Benj.a
       Tasker whereof & wherewith the s.d Gilbert Falconer doth
       acknowledge himself to be fully Contented Paid & Satisfied and
       thereof & from every part thereof Doth Clearly Acquit Exonerate
       & Discharge the s.d Benj.a Tasker his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & every of
       them for ever by these Presents hath bargained given sold and Granted
       and by these Presents for himself & his heirs doth fully Clearly and
       Absolutely Bargain give sell & grant unto the s.d Benjamin
       Tasker & his heirs & assigns for ever One Moyety of that Part
       of a Tract of Land Called London Bridge Lying & being in Kent
       County afores.d Containing by Estimation six hundred & fifty acres
       Which the s.d Gilbert Falconar bought of Richard Bennett Esq.r
       by his Deed bearing Date the nineteenth Day of November Anno
       Domini seventeen hundred & twenty four which half is to be the
       eastermost half of the s.d Part & to include the Tenement now in
       Possession of Noah Hampton near the Bridge over the Main
       Branch of Chester River Together with all Buildings Improvements
       Rights & Priviledges to the s.d Moyety or half part belonging
       or appertaining or Commonly known Used or Occupied as part
       Parcel or member thereof with all & singular Rents Reversions
       Services & Hereditaments of him the s.d Gilbert Falconar of in and
       to the Premisses To have hold use & occupy the before
       bargained Premisses with the appurtenances to the s.d Benj.a
