Memorandum
                      That on the twenty fifth day of May Anno
       Dom seventeen hundred Thirty & four Came the Within
       Named Gilbert Falconar & Acknowledged the
       WIthin Deed According to Act of Assembly before me

Recorded June 10.th 1734               Jam.s Hollyday
       6 1/2

       This Indenture made the Twenty Seventh Day of
       April Anno Dom 1734 Between Ann Carrol Relict
       of Daniel Carrol of Doddington Manner in Prince
       Georges County of the one part and Charles Carrol of the
       City of Annapolis Esq.r of the other part Wittness that
       the said Ann Carroll for and in Consideration of the sume
       of five hundred pounds sterling to him in hand paid
       by the said Charles the Receipt whereof she doth hereby
       Acknowledge & for Divers Causes & Considerations her
       thereunto Moving and more especially for & in Consideration
       of the Naturall love & affection which she the said Anne
       Carroll doth bere unto Charles Carroll her son by the said
       Daniel Carroll begotten Hath bargained sold & Given and
       by these presents Doth bargain sell & give unto the said Charles
       Carroll Esq.r All That Tract or Manner of Land lying in Prince
       George County containing by estimacon eighteen hundred Acres of
       Land more or less Called Corne Abby Manner According to the Meets
       & Bounds thereof contained in the grant or Patent thereof entred on
       Record in the Land Office with all rights previledges advantages
       improvements profitts and Appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
       belonging or Deemed accepted reputed or taken as part
       Parcell or Member thereof To have and to hold
       the same unto the said Charles Carroll Esq.r his heirs &
       Assignes for ever And the said Ann Carroll doth
       Covenant & Agree to & with the s.d Charles Carroll
