       As followeth Viz.t Begining at the Westing end of Henry Childs's Land
       & Runing West with his Lordships Mannour two hundred & fifty
       Five Perches East Twenty Six & a half Degrees South two hundred
       & fifty five Perches to the afores.d Henry Childs's Land thence with the s.d
       Land North thirteen Degrees east one hundred twenty two Perches
       to the Begining Containing Ninety Six Acres of Land Together with all
       & singular the Timber & Timber trees Houses Buildings Fences
       Pastures Gardens Commons Rents Services Issues Emoluments
       Cultivations & Improvements thereon or thereto Belonging ^or^ in any
       Wise appertaining To have & to hold the s.d ninety six Acres of
       Land Primisses & Appurtenances & every part & Parcell of the same
       to him the s.d William Willson his heirs & assignes for ever & to no other
       Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever & the Reversion or Reversions
       Remainder or Remainders to all & singular the Premisses and
       Appurtenances & every Part of the same To be held of the Chief Lord
       or Lords of the fee or fees thereof by threats & services thereof due &
       of right accustomed & the s.d John Darnall for himself his heirs Ex.rs
       & Adm.rs Doth hereby Covenant Promise grant & agree to & with
       the s.d William Willson his heirs & assignes that the s.d John Darnall
       his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs the s.d Ninety Six Acres of Land Premisses and
       Appurtenances & every part thereof & the s.d William Willson his
       heirs & assignes shall & will for ever hereafter indemnifie &
       save harmless of & from all former Gifts Grants bargains Sailes
       Joyntures Dowers Titles of Dower Estates Entales Statutes Judgments
       & Recognizances rent Charges & arrearages of rent (the rents & services
       Becomeing Due to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee or fees only excepted
       & foreprized) & of & from all other Claimes Intanglements and
       Incumbrances Whatsoever & that he the s.d John Darnall his heirs
       Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them the s.d Land & Premisses & Appurtenances
       & every Part thereof to him the s.d William Willson his heirs and
       Assignes Shall & will for ever hereafter Warrant & Defend from
