(256) And against every Person or Persons Whatsoever Claiming any right Title or Interest therein or thereto & that he the s.d John Darnall his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every of them shall and Will at any Time hereafter (So it be at the Proper Cost & Charges of him the s.d William Willson his heirs & assignes) Make do Execute & Suffer all & every such further & Other Act and Acts Deed & Deeds thing & things Conveyance & Conveyances or other assureance in Law Whatsoever for the better and More Perfect estableshment of the Land & Premisses to him the s.d William Willson his heirs & assignes for ever which by his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably Advised ^Devised^ or Required In Witness whereof the s.d Parties to these Presents have interchangeably sett their hands & seales the Day & Year aboves.d Signed Sealed & Delivered John Darnall Seale In the Presence of Turnor Wootton Mar Robinson At the foot of the foregoing Deed is thus Indorst Viz.t January 17.th 1733 Reced two shillings sterl for the alienation of the w.thin Land for the Right Honble the Lord Prop.ry D Dulany Memorand.m That on the twelfth Day of October came the w.thin Named John Darnall & acknowledged the w.thin Deed & the Land & Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right of the w.thin Named William Willson his heirs & assignes forever And at the same time Came Mary the Wife of the s.d John Darnall who being examined out of the hearing of her Husband according to an Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided Did acknowledge & Declare that she voluntarily & Willingly assigned renounced & Released all her Right of in & to the Premisses to him the Said William Willson his heirs & assignes for ever Record.d Jan.ry the 23.d 1733 8 1/2 sid Coram Jos Belt |
