       Within Named Henry Child Jun.r his heirs & assignes for ever And at
       the same time came Mary the Wife of the s.d John Darnall who being
       Examined out of the Hearing of her husband according to an Act of Assembly
       in that Case made & Provided Did acknowledge & Declare that
       she voluntarily & Willingly assignes renounced & released all her
       Right of in & to the Premisses to him the s.d Henry Child his heirs
       & Assignes for ever

x.d  This Indenture made this twelfth Day of October
Cash p.d  Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred thirty & three
       Between John Darnall of Ann Arundell County Gent of the
       One Part & William Willson of the same County Planter of the
       Other Part Witnesseth that the s.d John Darnall Standing
       Legally Seized & Intituled of & in a certain Tract or Parcell
       of Land Called Portland Mannour lying in the County afd
       for & in Consideration of the s.d sum of sixty two Pounds
       eight shillings sterling money to him in hand paid
       before the ensealing & Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt whereof the s.d John Darnall Doth hereby acknowledge
       & himself therewith fully satisfied contented &
       Paid of all & every Part thereof Doth Exonerate ^Acquitt^ & Discharge
       the s.d William Willson his Ex.rs & Adm.rs for ever hath given
       Granted Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Conveyed remised released
       ratified Confirmed & made over & in order to make him the
       Said William Willson an absolute indefeazable Estate
       of Inheritance Doth give grant sell alien enfeoff convey
       convey remise release ratifie Confirme & make over unto
       him the s.d William Willson in his Peaceable Possession
       & Seizen thereof now being all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       being Part of the afores.d Portland Mannour Bounded
