       Hath granted bargained & sold & by these Presents Doth grant
       bargain & sell unto the s.d William Black as well all & singular the
       Land Lott & Prize afores.d in the recited Deed Mentioned & specified
       as also one Tract or Parcell of Land Lying & being in Prince
       Georges County called Parks Hall containing according to Pattent
       bearing date the Twenty fourth Day of Nov.r Anno Dom seventeen
       hundred & thirty two fifteen hundred & fifty acres together with
       all Buildings Improvements Proffits & Advantages to all & singular
       the premisses & every part & parcell thereof belonging or appertaining
       & hath Assigned set over & Transferred & by these Presents
       Doth Assign set over & Transfer unto the s.d William Black
       Twenty thousand Pounds of Tobacco out of Twenty four Thousand
       Pounds of Tobacco Appointed by Act of Assembly of Maryland
       to be paid to the s.d William Parks to be paid to & received by the
       said William Black yearly & every year During the
       Continuance of & the time Limited by any Act of Assembly of
       Maryland now in Force for the Payment of the s.d Tobacco to
       the s.d William Parks & also eighty Pounds Current Money
       of Virginia out of one hundred & twenty pounds current money
       of that Colony appointed by the assembly or the Goverment
       Thereof to the s.d William Parks to be paid yearly & every year
       During the time shall continue & be payable to the s.d William
       Parks To have & to hold the said Lott Prize & Tract with
       the Premisses & every part & parcell thereof to him the said
       William Black his heirs & assignes for ever & to his and
       their own proper use & behoof & none other & to have &
       Receive the sev.l sums of money Tobacco & Money aforesaid
       And the s.d William Parks for himself & his heirs executors
       & adm.rs doth Covenant & agree to & with the said William
       Black his heirs & assignes that he the s.d William Parks
       by & with the consent & approbation of the s.d Charles Calvert
       hath good right & Lawfull Authority to sell & convey all &
       singular the Premisses with the appurtenances specified
       & comprised in the s.d Recited Deed & that he the s.d William
       Parks hath good right & absolute & Lawfull authority
       to sell & convey unto the s.d William Black & his heirs
