       Tract of Land Called Martins Rest with the Appurts To have & to hold to him
       the said Charles Calvert his heirs and assigns for ever to his and their own proper
       use and behoof without any Restriction or Limitation whatsoever either in Law or
       Equitty In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty third
       day of October Anno Dom 1733                                 W.m Parks   Seal

x.d  This Indenture Tripartite made this Twenty third Day
       of October Anno Dom seventeen hundred & thirty three between
       William Parks of Annapolis Printer of the first part The Honble Cha.s
       Calvert of Annapolis Esq.r of the second Part & Will.m Black of the City of
       London Merch.t of the third Part Whereas the s.d Will.m Parks by his
       Deed of Bargain & Sale Duly Executed & bearing Date the sixteenth
       Day of October Anno Dom seventeen hundred & thirty one and
       Recorded among the Prov.ll Land Records for the Consideration therein Mentioned
       Inter Alia Bargained & Sold unto the s.d Charles Calvert one Messuage
       & Lott or Portion of Ground in Annapolis sold & conveyed by John Humphreys
       Clerk to the s.d William Parks also one Prize or Lott N.o one hundred and
       Thirty five In the Marlborough two thousand Pounds Lottery being
       a Messuage & seventy five Acres of Land in Prince Georges County
       With all Buildings Improvements Commodities Proffits & Advantages
       to the Premisses belonging & for the Consideration in the s.d Recited Deed
       expressed & contained Did assign set over & Transferr unto the s.d Charles
       Calvert Twenty thousand Pounds of Tobacco annually out of Twenty four
       Thousand Pounds of Tobacco due & Payable to the s.d William Parks by
       Act of Assembly of this Province for the time the same should become due and
       Payable to the s.d William Parks & whereas the s.d William Parks is & stands
       Justly Indebted unto the s.d William Black in the sum of two hundred & sixty
       One Pounds Nine Shillings & Six Pence Sterling by him from the s.d Will.m
       Black heretofore had & rec.d the receipt Whereof he Doth hereby acknowledge
       for the securing the Payment Whereof with Lawfull Interest y.e
       said William Parks with the Consent & Approbation of the s.d Cha Calvert
       Testified by his being a Party to & Sealing & Delivery of these psents
