       and assigns the s.d Tract of Land Containing fifteen hundred and
       Fifty Acres with the Appurtenances to the s.d William Black his
       Heirs & Assignes and & that the s.d William Parks his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs
       All & singular the Premisses with the appurtenances to the s.d William
       Black his heirs & assignes for ever against all Persons & Incumbrances
       Whatsoever will Warrant & for ever Defend And the s.d William Parks
       hath made ordained Constituted & Appointed & by these presents Doth
       Make ordain Constitute & appoint the s.d William Black his Ex.rs Adm.rs or
       Assignes his Attorney or Attorneys Irrevocable hereby giving unto
       Him & them full & ample Power & Authority to ask receive & Demand
       to the Proper use & behooff of the s.d William Black his Ex.rs Adm.rs or
       Assignes from the sev.l & Respective Sherriffs within this Province or
       any other Person or Persons appointed to pay the s.d Tobacco or in whose
       Hands the same or Any Money Payable in Lieu or Satisfaction
       thereof or any Part thereof shall be & to ask Receive & Demand of
       the Treasurer of Virginia or any other Person who shall be appointed
       to pay the afores.d Money to the s.d William Parks the sev.l sums of money
       herein before mentioned & upon recipt thereof sufficient Releases
       & Discharges to make & duly execute & if need be to Commence and
       Prosecute to Judgment & Execution any action or actions for the
       Recovery of the s.d Money & Tobacco or any part thereof against
       any Person or Persons whom it shall or May Concern one or
       More Attorney or Attorneys under him or them to Make & Substitute
       & Generally to Act & Do Whatsoever Could or Lawfully might
       be Done by the s.d William Parks if Personally Present & the said
       William Parks for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Doth Covenant
       & Agree to & with the s.d William Black his Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes
       That he the s.d William Parks hath not Done or will not Doe any
       Act or Acts whereby to hinder impede or obstruct the s.d William
       Black his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes from receiving the sev.l sums
       of Money & Tobacco afores.d Provided always & it is the true
       Intent & Meaning of the Presents that if the s.d William Parks
       shall well & truly pay & satisfy unto the s.d William Black
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes or Certain Attorney at the Publick Court
       House in Annapolis on or before the fifteenth Day of May
       next ensuing the s.d two hundred & sixty one Pounds Nine
